Andrew Burns: Crescent House

22 March - 12 October 2013

Andrew Burns: Crescent House was the inaugural project in Fugitive Structures, a four-part, competitive architectural pavilion series. An event in the Culture and Ideas series was a children's workshop, building a city of the future with Ryan McNaught – better known as The Brickman, a LEGO certified Professional, one of only 13 in the world and the only one in the Southern Hemisphere!

Feel & Think: A New Era of Tokyo Fashion
20 June – 17 August 2013

Feel & Think was a SCAF initiative exhibited over two sites: the NAS Gallery hosted art installations by five Japanese brands and SCAF was home to a fashion film festival, pop-up shop, Culture+Ideas discussion series and runway show.

Why we funded this project: The Nelson Meers Foundation is delighted to be supporting the Culture+Ideas series at the Sherman Contemporary Art Foundation (SCAF).
