"The Australian Collection" by Barry Pearce, Art Gallery of NSW

The Nelson  Meers Foundation is proud to have supported a book written by the Gallery’s former Head Curator of Australian Art, Barry Pearce, documenting and showcasing the Gallery’s magnificent Australian collection.

Why did we fund this project?  It  is vitally important that one of Australia’s pre-eminent art museums has its significant collection of Australian art documented by one of Australia’s most respected curators.
