Upcoming Labyrinth Events
Regular monthly walks at the labyrinth in Centennial Park Sydney are held at 9.30am on the first Sunday of the month. These events are free and open to all. The labyrinth is not signposted within the park. For directions go to Sydney Labyrinth
9.30am, Saturday 16th May 2015: 'Self-Forgiveness' walk with Mark Healy. Mark has been designing and building labyrinths in Tasmania for over 20 years. After the walk, he'll be discussing the use of labyrinths in schools. Mark's website is www.labyrinths.com.au
9.30am, Sunday 7th June 2015: Regular monthly group walk led by Joan Harcourt. Joan is a psychotherapist who specialises in Marion Woodman's BodySoul work and has walked labyrinths for many years. This walk will be accompanied by Owen Walsh on the didgeridoo.
9.30am, Sunday 21st June 2015: Winter Solstice walk led by Karen Quant. Karen built 'Boori Boori' labyrinth on her property in Bucca Wauka near Gloucester, NSW. This beautiful stone labyrinth is the inspiration behind Karen's mentoring, workshops and retreats.
There’s no right way or wrong way to walk a labyrinth. Just find your natural pace and feel free to overtake if someone is walking more slowly than you.
