In 2002, the Nelson Meers Foundation provided funding to a young theatre group, Savage Wit Productions, to accept an invitation to perform one of its plays, Partly it’s about Love, Partly it’s about Massacre at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The play, by Fiona Sprott, premiered as part of the Adelaide Fringe in 2002.
